We collaborate closely with our partners to curate, pitch, and manage creatives who are the best fit for each project, ensuring the right team is brought on at the right stage.

Drawing from a broad network of creative directors, directors, photographers and other niche skillsets, we find talent that’s best for the concept, tone and budget. Our team handles artist relationships end to end.

Production

Irvine + Co partners directly with brands from early concept development through production and final delivery.

Our team has extensive experience working both directly with in-house brand teams and in close collaboration with agency partners, allowing us to adapt seamlessly to varying workflows, schedules, budgets, and creative processes.

Production Studio

To create efficiencies, many companies are building in-house studio and production spaces. We have designed and built a variety of studios ranging from 1,000 sqft to 20,000 sqft for photo, motion and e-commerce teams.

Irvine + Co has worked closely with contractors and tradespeople to build shooting spaces and creative workflows to industry and safety standards.

Creative Operations

Creative operations can be a little bit, well, creative. We help brands determine which projects are best produced in-house versus outsourced, and guide the execution of both approaches through a curated plan.

Rooted in data, our team designs industry-specific processes for finance and operations that support long-term forecasting and integrate seamlessly with a brand’s current stage of growth.
